i-d magazine- stand up portraits

These are the groups stand-up portraits for the task that was set and might be able to use in the i-d magazine. For this task the group had to go out and take photographs of at least five different people.
The whole group had to make sure they had a simple background, the person had to be fully shown - from head to feet - and the person had to be asked a few questions. 1- what is your name? 2- how old are you? 3- what is your occupation? 4- what music are in to? 5- what would you describes as you fashion style? 6- what influences your style? For the task the group i worked with had a few problems getting the confidence to ask people to come and do the photograph with question. To solve this problem the group was allowed to take the five stand up portraits between us all - Dani, Me, Meg & Kat.

Introduction- video

As a part of the band identity assignment, the group that i have chosen to work along side with - me and megan - must make our own video. For this video we must put in a few extras to be able to gain the knowledge on how and what makes a good video for example, i must have the research on stop time videos. And i need a test video before i do my final video.

Introduction- CD cover

As a part of the band identity brief the whole group had to create a CD cover for an album, either an old album or one we have made up. For the task as making the CD cover i have to do many other things to go along with the CD cover. For example i have to research band photography, CD covers, posters, flyers. Also, i must show my initial ideas and developing ideas on how I'm going to make the cover and flyer. At the end i should have a whole CD album that i have made and designed by myself.

Band identity - introduction

The group had to do a new assignment called band identity. in this assignment the group had to find a musical artist and do a interview with this person. then the group had to take photographs in a chosen location or studio, this is all practice if we would like to do advertising. this assignment was then cancelled and then changed to the new assignment i-d magazine.

Introduction - id magazine

The old brief has been changed from band identity to the new one of the i-d magazine. Over the next few weeks me and my group (Dani, Alice, me and Russel) have to produce a magazine which consists of; a front cover, five stand-up portraits, a fusion fashion, a band interview and research of band fashion and music. We also have a set date in the studio to do the front cover photo shoot for the i-d magazine cover.
